The Girls Fountain Place: Ritterstraße
With the bronze girl figures of the artist Josef Walk from Roßhaupten, the fountain is reminiscent of the Füssen Girls’ School, which once housed the house number 14.
The fact that there are two girls is due to the fact that two ladies had the idea for the fountain and held on to it. The ground made of Lechkieseln reminds of the history of the town. In former times, the streets of Füssen had been paved.
