The letter path in the Tannheimer Tal Art, Nature and History
Enjoyment hiking has a long tradition in the Tannheimer Tal. The range of themed trails in the Tannheimer Tal is as varied as the Tiroler Hochtal itself. The letter path around Jungholz is completely new. This is a 7.4-kilometre tour around the idyllic herb village at 1,058 metres above sea level, in which the eight letters of the village name each form a station. The oversized letters were designed by different artists from different materials.
Visitors will find a suitable description for each object. The hike is not only suitable for art lovers, but also for families. “The tour is also ideal for children and there is a lot to discover,” says Michael Keller, Managing Director of the Tannheimer Tal Tourist Association.
